Kali is an ancient martial arts originating in the Philippines. This centuries old martial art is a complete system of empty handed striking, grappling and weaponry. It is a unique in it’s training and practice. Use of left and right hand techniques develop coordination. Drills and techniques taught in a fluid, non-restrictive manner allow students to enhance their natural attributes and improve their sense of timing, speed, awareness, balance, agility, and confidence.Our program is composed primarily of The Inosanto Method (Sifu Raffi is certified to teach by Dan Inosanto) and also has elements of other systems as well, Presas Arnis, and the programs taught by Hock Hochheim.
